Dosa

Dosa is a popular South Indian dish made from a thin, crispy pancake of fermented rice and urad dal (black gram) batter. It is golden-brown, slightly tangy, and often served with sambar (lentil soup) and coconut or tomato chutney. Dosas can also be stuffed with fillings, like spiced mashed potatoes, to make Masala Dosa.
