1. Overview

At Gitaanjani Kitchen, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Since we deliver freshly prepared food from our partnered restaurants and kitchens, we follow a strict “No Return” policy once an order has been delivered.
However, refunds may be issued under specific circumstances mentioned below.


2. No Return Policy

Food once delivered cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.
If there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect, missing, or damaged items, please contact us immediately.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable in the following cases:

  • The order was not delivered due to a technical issue, restaurant closure, or delivery failure.

  • You were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate payment).

  • The order was cancelled by Gitaanjani Kitchen or the restaurant before preparation started.

  • You received a completely wrong order or undelivered food due to verified operational error.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Incorrect address or contact details entered by the customer

  • Delay due to external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)


4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, Wallet, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the restaurant starts preparing the food.

  • After preparation begins, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • If cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund as per the refund process above.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue with your order:

  • Include your Order ID, contact number, and a brief description of the issue.
    Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
