• Orders can be placed through our website.
• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp/Email (where applicable).
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of unavailability or incorrect information.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on the website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes (if any).
• We accept payments via UPI, cards, wallets, and other methods available through our payment gateway partner.
• Payment must be completed for order confirmation.

5. Delivery

• Delivery is available within our defined local area only.
• Estimated delivery time may vary depending on order load, distance, weather, or traffic.
• Delivery charges (if any) will be mentioned at checkout.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
• Once food preparation has started, cancellation is not allowed.

7. Refund Policy

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• No refunds for incorrect address, customer not available, or orders cancelled after preparation.

8. Return Policy

• Food items are perishable and cannot be returned.
• If you receive wrong or damaged food, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery.

10. Fraud / Misuse
